Horrendous

Hello,
I am or rather, was, a graal user from 2009. The game was great! The economy was booming and people were happy and there were ideas everywhere for new and good content.
However.
Having my account, my MAIN account inaccessible to me, I find that the staff, the game, and the whole system has gone so far downhill over the years.
The admins are far to young to be allowed the position.
They refused to answer or listen and then help solve any problem.
They ignore pretty much everything, and over price the heck out of everything.
This is, for lack of a better word, very stupid.
I am disappointed at how far this game has gone downhill and how much they rip people off. So much for customer service, and making money, right?
